Jennifer McCarthy (born November 1, 1972) is an American model, comedian, actress and author. She first appeared in Playboy magazine in October 1993 and was named Playmate of the Year in its June 1994 issue. She later began a career in television and film and has recently started writing books. In June, 2007, Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) named McCarthy as its spokesperson. Her stated goal is to educate the public that autism is treatable. She will be participating in fundraisers, online chats and other activities for the not-for-profit organization to help families affected by autism.
