Stacey Dash (born January 20, 1966, in The Bronx, New York) is an American film and television actress of African American and Native American descent. Dash received her big break with the film Clueless with Alicia Silverstone. Dash played the teenager Dionne Marie Davenport even though she was 28 at the time. (Dash has always been able to play much younger characters due to her youthful appearance.) The film eventually spawned a television spinoff in 1996 titled, Clueless. The series, which lacked Silverstone, ran from 1996-1999.
