Q: What is a Self-Extracting (EXE) file, and how do I use it?
A: If you download an EXE file from this site, chances are it's a self-extracting file. Its the same concept as a ZIP file, but an extra program like WinZip isn't needed to open the file and install the program.
Simply download the EXE, double-click on it, and the program should begin to install right away.
They're usually a little bigger than ZIP files, but definitely more convenient. Be sure to have an Anti-Virus program running anytime you download files off the web (especially EXE's), just to be safe.
