The first thing you'll want to do is determine which resolution your monitor is running. If you've got JavaScript turned on, you should see exactly what you've got listed below.
Your Current Resolution Is:
Now that you know which resolution you've got, click on an appropriate wallpaper size and let the image load in your web browser. It should be noted that you aren't limited to choosing wallpaper that matches your exact resolution. If you pick a size larger than a smaller resolution, the image could appear cut off. If you choose choose a wallpaper image smaller than a larger resolution, it could look tiled unless you center it to make the image looked framed.
There are two ways to install wallpaper images in Windows. The latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox allow you to simply right-click on any web image and set it as desktop wallpaper. It should be noted that each time you do this, it will over-write the previous wallpaper image.
If you'd like to do it manually (and save all your different images), then access your system's Control Panel, and select the Display icon. You should then see a window which allows you to change your wallpaper images. Below is the Windows 98 control panel, which allows you to browse your hard drive for saved images to use as wallpaper. You can also change the display options and preview the images.
There are also a few good software programs, that do a good job of changing your wallpaper. Use one if you'd like to save your images and not over-write them with your browsers "Set As Wallpaper" function. Check out WallChanger (freeware) for this.
