Creating your own WinAmp skins has never been easier with a program called the Skinner Too. Here are a few screen shots that show just how easy it is to use.
Load the photo you'd like to use into the program. You can play with the options on the left to re-size the photo, make it brighter, flip it, etc. You also have a selection of skin templates to choose from. When you're finished, just hit the Make Skin! button...and this is what you end up with....
Now play with the skin interface options on this screen to give your skin a name, change the colors on the play list, etc. There's also a nice option to undo the skin if you're not happy with it.
When you're finished, hit the Save button, and give your skin a file name. The program can save the file directly into your WinAmp\Skins folder for instant use with the WinAmp player. You can also save it as a ZIP file, which is great for sharing your skin with others on the internet.
The Skinner Too appears to be free at the moment.
